ABOUT THE DOLPHIN INN
Ideally situated on the seafront in Mouille Point, opposite the famous Robben Island, we have been hosting local and international guests since 1998 and are consistently highly rated on several booking agencies such as TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Agoda.
Our location suits both holiday travelers and busines guests as we are a short walk from the V&A Waterfront, the Cape Town Stadium, with quick access to the City Centre, Cape Town International Convention Centre, N1 and N2 highways. There are a host of top restaurants, coffee shops and salons on our doorstep.
Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are 10 minutes away and we are on the "MyCity" bus route between Camps Bay and the Waterfront.
Also within walking distance - Virgin Active gym, tennis and squash courts, the Metropolitan golf course, Sea Kayak tours and the oldest working Lighthouse in the country. The outdoor Sea Point Swimming Pool is 3kms away. The Metropolitan Golf course has been completed and upgraded to a 18 hole course and is a stone's throw away.
Mouille Point is considered one of the safest areas along the Cape Peninsula. Enjoy early morning walks along the promenade watching sailing boats, cruise liners and sea kayakers passing by, while dolphins and whales are also frequent visitors to our shores. Or simply sit back, relax and watch a spectacular sunset!

Choice of Rooms
We have a variety of rooms available to suite all needs, ranging from our cosy budget options to the large, fully equipped studio with an outdoor balcony with great views across the ocean. All our rooms and the Studio are en-suite with showers, while the Deluxe and King suite have a bath and shower. There are ceiling fans and heaters in all the rooms, while 3 rooms have air conditioners. We have good quality beds and linen to ensure a good night's rest. For your convenience, all rooms are equipped with a Mini Bar fridge, Tea and Coffee facilities, LED TV and a hairdryer. Toiletries are included. Our Deluxe Suite has a kitchenette (ideal for self catering) and an open balcony with great ocean views! The sea facing Studio is fully equipped with a stove, fridge and air fryer.

We pride ourselves on providing you with a scrumptious breakfast, which is included in your rate. Offering a selection of Cereals with Fresh seasonal Fruit Salad, Yoghurt and a full English Breakfast made to order. Farm fresh eggs, Free Range Bacon, Beef sausage, Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Beans! You'll not leave hungry! Coffee, Tea and Juices are also on offer.
Eat, Drink, Chill or be Active - there is something for everyone and plenty to keep you occupied in the area. Top class restaurants offering anything from the best steaks and seafood to tasty snacks and ice cream, are all within walking distance. The Promenade walkway is ideal for casual strolls, skateboards, bicycles, dog walkers and runners. Looking for a more strenuous workout? Tennis, Squash courts and The Virgin Active Gym are a 10 minute walk away through the beautiful Green Point Urban Park, which has water features, picnic facilities and a huge playground for the kids!
And the outdoor Sea Point Swimming Pool is 3kms away along the Promenade.
A bicycle store around the corner will cater for all your 2 wheeled needs, while you can rent cycles in Sea Point or the Waterfront.
The Cape Town Stadium which hosts many sporting events and all the top International music shows is 800m away.
The country's oldest working Lighthouse is on the promenade and worth a visit. The Metropolitan Golf Course which was recently upgraded to an 18 hole course is situated directly behind us.
Pop in to Kaskazi Kayaks to book a Sea Kayak trip where you will see the Peninsula from a Dolphins view! You could be joined by Seals, Dolphins, Whales and Penguins, besides the massive variety of Bird Life you will encounter.
The V&A Waterfront, is 2km away, with more shopping, entertainment and dining to keep you busy for days on end.
