ROOMS
We have a variety of options to suit most needs. There are 10 Standard Rooms, 1 King Suite, 1 Deluxe Sea Facing Suite with self catering facilities and 1 large Sea Facing Studio with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room area.
In addition to this we have a separate Studio Apartment a short distance from the Guesthouse, situated at New Cumberland Apartments, Beach Road, Mouille Point.
The rooms are not identical but offer the same comfortable beds, quality linen, mini bar fridge with tea and coffee facilities and hairdryers. There are 3 rooms that are fitted with air-conditioning and separate fans, the rest of the rooms have ceiling fans and heaters are available in winter.
Some rooms are situated on the ground floor and others on the 1st floor, all have private, en-suite bathrooms.
When making an enquiry or reservation, please specify what your requirements are (i.e. sea facing, air conditioning, separate beds, no stairs etc). Have a closer look below at what we can offer you.
Breakfast is included at the Guesthouse and we have free WIFI (Fibre) throughout.
CHILD POLICY: Not all of our rooms are suitable or can accommodate children. No children under 12 (unless agreed upon by management on prior arrangement) Additional charges will apply.
We have limited rooms that can accommodate children sharing with parents.

Sea Facing Studio
Spacious, light and airy, the Studio is our Premium option at the Guesthouse and offers magnificent sea facing views. The luxurious mattress and linen on the Queen extra length bed will ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom has a spacious shower and the bedroom area can be closed off from the rest of the studio with a stylish shutter. Newly renovated with an open plan design, the sea facing Studio has a large stove, fridge, microwave, air fryer and a large LED TV. The outdoor balcony is ideal for sundowner cocktails while watching the passing boats, whales and dolphins, or simply taking in the spectacular views. There is a day bed to relax and enjoy the views, or read a book. The Studio is situated on the first floor and only accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and is not suitable for children. Perfect for couples or business guests who need a comfortable, spacious workspace. Complimentary Toiletries, WIFI and Breakfast.
Deluxe Sea Facing Suite
This air conditioned sea facing suite is situated on the 1st floor with outstanding views across the Atlantic Ocean to Robben Island. There is a partially covered, outside balcony, ideal for sundowners or spotting dolphins!
Comfortably furnished, it has an extra length Queen sized bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower and bath. The open plan design includes a galley kitchen with a stove, fridge and microwave, a small bar, comfortable couch and living room with a HD 42 inch LCD TV. Suitable for a couple or a single. No children. FREE WIFI and Breakfast is included! Complimentary toiletries included.

Sea Facing Suite
The Sea Facing suite is situated on the ground floor, with views across the promenade and the ocean. It is spaciously furnished with a Queen sized bed, suitable for a single or a couple. The en Suite bathroom has a shower and bathroom amenities are included.
The room is fitted with an air conditioner, ceiling fan, LED TV, Mini bar Fridge, Tea & Coffee facilities and a hairdryer. The room has a comfortable couch, built in cupboards and a writing desk for your convenience.

King Suite
Perfect for those who need more space! You'll have a perfect sleep on this comfortable King sized bed and quality linen. The room has a spacious shower as well as a bath. The large windows provide a light airy space and you'll have a view of Signal Hill and Lions Head from your bed or your work desk. Fitted with ample cupboard space, a dressing table, mini bar fridge, LED TV, work desk, Tea&Coffee station, hairdryer, ceiling fan and a heater for winter. FREE WIFI and breakfast is included. This room is fitted with a comfortable Queen and Single bed. Suitable for 2 adults wanting separate beds, a couple or a couple with 1 child. This is the only room that can accommodate a couple and a child. Additional charges apply for the child and this room does not fit 3 adults. Please note children under 12 by prior arrangement only.

205 New Cumberland, Studio Apartment
This apartment is situated approximately 600m from the Dolphin Inn Guesthouse at New Cumberland, 163 Beach Road. It is a well maintained apartment complex in the safe seaside neighbourhood of Mouille Point. The apartment is comfortably furnished and situated on the 2nd floor, with wide windows that open up to views of the ocean and the Urban park. Conveniently situated with easy access to restaurants, public transport, salons, outdoor activities, sports facilities and nature it is ideal for holiday makers or business guests. The popular Hussar Grill Restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the building complex.
The studio has a clean, modern design with a sunny, spacious living room area. Furnished with a Queen sized bed, washing machine, tumble dryer and a well equipped kitchen including a stove, microwave, small fridge, kettle, a safe and ironing facilities, along with ample cupboard space. Complimentary toiletries, Free Fibre WIFI and a limited DSTV TV service are included. There is a ceiling fan and a heater for winter months. No Aircon, but the windows can be safely left open to enjoy the ocean breeze! The promenade walkway is directly across the road and is ideal for a morning run or a sunset stroll. Sea Kayak adventures are close by and bicycles can be rented down the road.
The building has a security access controlled entrance. New Cumberland is a residential building occupied by long term permanent residents as well as short term rentals, so the area is generally quiet and we ask that you keep noise levels down and respect the neighbours! Please enquire about availability of secure, off street PARKING.

We offer Free Uncapped Fibre at the Dolphin Inn, available in all rooms and the communal lounge areas.
Parking is free in the road outside the Guesthouse.

Should your flight be leaving later in the day - we can store your luggage for the day Free of Charge.
